From the beginning of your decision to rent your home or investment property, Tiber is available to assess the rental value and make recommendations to maximize that value. We can skillfully guide you through the legal requirements for renting out your property, including code compliance and fair housing laws, and employ marketing and vetting strategies to place high-quality tenants.
Tiber utilizes web-based software that allows our tenants to pay rent and submit service requests online from anywhere they have access to the internet. This system allows for owner access to service records and financial reports anytime. We forward funds electronically each month to our owners and owners can access financial information and pay balances through an online portal. Transparency is key to the effective communications between our owner customers and their tenants. An effective property manager takes the time to listen carefully to both and to provide insightful and timely solutions and clear and consistent communication. This is our method for building the trust of our community and maintaining lasting relationships.
